The safety and security of tenants and their employees is a high priority with Halakar, LLC. We develop and implement safety and security procedures that take into account your unique property and make them readily available to our property managers and the building’s tenants.

Our emergency plans cover every possible safety and security concern that could affect the building. We place the appropriate signs to meet building and fire codes, but also go one step further and offer repeat reminders throughout the year of the proper plan in case of each emergency type.

Safety and appearance issues are evaluated with regard to lighting, fire safety, landscaping, snow and ice removal, and hard surface maintenance.  This minimizes liability while maximizing aesthetic appeal.
